Our mission

LinTek is the student union for the students who study at the technical faculty at LiU. As a student union we protect the students' interests. We are our members and students' united voice towards the university, the community and other organizations that may affect the students at the Technical university. LinTek offers benefits and activities for students who choose to join the Student Union, LinTek.  Education - We ensure that you get a better education

We engage in influence within the governing bodies of the university from a student perspective, including for the internationall students. We conduct the students' interest considering that we see to that your lecturers will be helpful and competent. We are also keen to ensure that your examination is legally secure.

 Student Life - a memorable time at the University

This area contains, for example, that there should be enough microwaves so that you may heat your meal, that you will not to be subjected to bullying or treated badly. It's about that your time at LiU should be filled with experiences and good memories. Your time as a student is full of opportunities and could become a very sociable time. During the year LinTek organizes several events focusing on student Community and a good student life: the reception of new students, München Hoben, Utediscot, BEAT'12 just to mention a few.
