Welcome to LinTek
We are the Union of Technology and Science Students at Linköping University. We have been working since 1971 to make your education the best that it can be, for you to have a memorable time at the university and for you to connect with the industry and commerce. Through strong student influence LinTek creates community for it’s members while they shape their future.
On Friday the winner of LinTek's award for educators, the Golden Carrot (Gyllene Moroten), was announced: Karin Ström Lehander, nominated by the students of the GDK chapter!
The nomination reads:
"With a passion for her subject, Karin creates a remarkable interest among the students. She spends time finding examples that are relevant and that creates commitment among the students. With a big smile and her accommodating attitude she creates a motivating learning environment that delivers results, something she deserves praise for.
Karin is very keen for students to keep up with the course and for the students to be able to steer the course. This shows an incredible will and the drive to develop the course in the students' direction!"
Congratulations also to all the nominees, who, through their brilliant work, continue to inspire their students and contribute to making LiU a distinguished University!

The Application Builder allows engineers to create easy-to-use apps based on COMSOL Multiphysics models. Any model can be turned into an app with its own interface (GUI) in minutes with or without coding. The apps can be shared and distributed worldwide. COMSOL has approximately 100.000 users today, which we hope to tenfold with the release of the Application Builder.
